In 1990 Jim Kringlen founded AAA Fiberglass Services. Jim felt that the fiberglass industry in Oklahoma had room for improvement, so he developed a company focused on quality service and impeccable workmanship. With 31 years of experience in fiberglass fabrication, tooling, and repair, Jim grew the company from a small home-based business to a 10,000-square-foot facility, staffed with 60 field technicians and dozens of in-house employees.
About The Team
Our staff is constantly growing, but the core members of the team remain the same. They include:
- Jim Kringlen – Owner
- Dewayne Kepley – Operations Manager in Oklahoma
- Harold Blalack – Operations Manager in Texas
As the company expands in the coming years, Jim will appoint new employees for other high-demand industries, like food processing and paper mills.
